Our dream and our vision as a family was to create something we can leave behind for our children. My wife Amanda Jennings started in the real estate industry as I worked on my own small business. Together we created a successful plan.

We both push forward in creating a technology based company where I was able to continue my leadership and commitment to customers, Formally in the telecommunications industry for 20+ years this was my way of giving more than the standard companies out there. I don’t have customers, I have long term friends. SmartHome Technologies LLC has been open since 2016 and helped many business’s and families either secure their possessions or build a stable network to run their devices. I am always at the cutting edge of technology and provide only the best support.

Amanda and I both received our Real Estate license and our current company is Alexander Realty. We specialize in helping homeowners find the right home. With over 50 sales in the last 2 years we know what it takes to be competitive in the market, Find a good deal, Help you start your own investment company, etc.

Amanda has years of rehab experience and design, Josh has extensive knowledge in building, plumbing, electrical, foundation. Together we are an team that brings so much to the table. We only partner with people who are fun to work with, knowledgeable and at the end of the day GET THE JOB DONE!

These last 2 years we started buying properties and managing our own rentals, and helping homeowners stop the foreclosure process.
